The Pilsen team focuses on 4PL logistics services, which means it does not own the required warehouse spaces or transport networks, but rather takes over the processes related to the management of their
suppliers on behalf of the customer and ensures maximum quality of the service and fulfilment of targets, especially in the area of transport.

Job Description

At 4flow, we are driven by a passion for optimizing global supply chains. We are now seeking an experienced Account Executive (d/f/m) to build and expand our corporate sales team with a focus on life sciences. If you have a strong network in the life sciences industry and the ambition to shape the future of supply chain solutions, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

What your new challenge will look like

  • You will establish and lead a corporate sales team with a strong focus on the life sciences sector. 

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry while developing and implementing a strategic roadmap and sales initiatives to successfully enter the life sciences market, and achieve revenue goals. 

  • Collaborating closely with 4flow’s business units and marketing team, you will identify target accounts and enhance outreach strategies.

  • Additionally, you will acquire and manage new life sciences clients, driving business growth in the sector. 

  • Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of sales development representatives, you will ensure their success and contribute to the company’s overall expansion in the industry. 

 

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science- or business-related field such as industrial engineering, business administration, life sciences or similar

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales in software and/or services and a strong network within the life science industry

  • Strong communications skills and excellent English  

  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and lead in a new environment

  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset to lead the growth of Corporate Sales at 4flow
