ABOUT THE ROLE…
Pure Storage France is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our High-Commercial team in Paris. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise and Strategic Mid-Market private sector.
You will be responsible for accelerating Pure’s footprint in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) segment in France—an area of strategic growth. You’ll prospect into high-potential mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships, supporting our mission to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions to the market.
YOUR CHALLENGE…
As an Account Executive, you will:

Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.

Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with MSP customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth.

Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.

Drive Prospection Excellence: Actively identify and engage new MSP and service provider prospects to build a robust pipeline.

Manage Sales Pipeline: Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Collaborate with Partners: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.

Execute Account Strategies: Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business.

Deliver Results: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.

Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING…
To excel in this role, you should have:

Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building.

MSP Experience: Experience with direct and indirect sales in the MSP or service provider space, especially within the mid-market.

Prospecting Skills: Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.

Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.

Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture; infrastructure background highly valued.

Technical Acumen: Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.

Experience: 8+ years of field sales experience.
