The Inbound Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in aligning and accelerating inbound lead conversion across Pure Storage’s EMEA & APJ marketing and sales ecosystem. This role supports the Enterprise, Commercial, and Strategic Account segments, serving as the connective tissue between marketing and the Inbound and Hybrid SDR teams.
In this role, you'll assess the health and performance of inbound conversion channels, drive process innovation for speed-to-lead engagement, and collaborate with key stakeholders including Field Marketing, Marketing Programs, Digital, Marketing Operations (MOPS), and Sales Development teams. Your goal: improve funnel velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Enablement & Program Alignment
- Inform and enable Inbound SDR teams on upcoming EMEA & APJ marketing programs that will generate MQLs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to build, manage, and optimize outreach sequences for inbound programs.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Field teams to ensure accurate routing and timely follow-up of qualified leads.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Work with Marketing Ops to maintain reporting accuracy across dashboards and systems (e.g., SFDC, lead gen platforms).
- Provide actionable insights to Campaign and Field Marketing on which programs are driving pipeline and bookings.
- Operationalize reporting workflows to assess inbound MQL conversions and identify areas of improvement.
Optimization & Innovation
- Conduct regular audits of EMEA & APJ inbound conversion performance across all lead sources (e.g., web, paid, ABM).
- Build and maintain a roadmap to improve MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates across segments.
- Drive data-informed recommendations to improve lead scoring, qualification processes, and sales handoffs.
- Lead bi-weekly syncs with Paid Media, ABM, and SDR teams to identify performance gaps and conversion opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Experience in BDR/SDR enablement, marketing operations, or demand generation
- Strong execution skills with a data-driven mindset and KPI ownership
- Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and MOPS functions
- Proficiency with SFDC and marketing automation/lead gen systems
- Passion for working at the intersection of digital, sales, and marketing to drive impact
- Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting remote stakeholders
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines-Upon-Thames office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
