As the link between candidates, interviewers, and recruiters, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless, every process is precise, and every last-minute change is handled with ease. This is a highly visible position where your ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver operational excellence will directly shape the candidate experience and support the overall success of our Talent Acquisition team.

Own the end-to-end scheduling operations for video and onsite interviews using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling platforms.

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

Navigate last-minute schedule changes with calmness and efficiency, keeping all parties informed and minimizing disruption.

Coordinate travel arrangements for non-local candidates and process candidate reimbursements accurately and on time.

Prepare and issue offer letters with precision and confidentiality.

Maintain compliance and accurate records in the ATS while producing data and insights to track interviewer workloads and team performance.

Support interviewer enablement, including assisting with interviewer training sessions and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Provide operational support for executive recruiting and assist with ad hoc TA projects as needed.

Be a visible representative of operational excellence, consistently delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting the Talent Acquisition team with multitasking, prioritization, and flawless execution.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

2+ years experience in Recruiting Coordination role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Proficiency using Google Apps and Microsoft Office

Experience with Greenhouse ATS and GoodTime is a plus

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
