We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team! You will be a key member of the team, as a highly visible role focusing on driving short, and medium term planning and forecasting, drive operational efficiencies, and support business decision making. The role will also involve driving process and system improvements to better align our multiple financial processes. In addition to partnering with our internal clients within the Business Units, the role requires the ability to work across multiple finance teams (accounting, treasury, tax, and other FP&A teams). This role will provide a strong springboard to move into other finance roles given the need to help drive decisions based on economics, as well as financial needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the BU, and other G&A orgs in the company to develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive insights and decision making in order to achieve our strategic and financial plans
- Own the consolidation of operating expenses and capital expenditure across the organization
- Identify key drivers to spend and make optimization recommendations pro-actively
- Monitoring, optimisation and reporting of entire investment stack
- Key top-line metrics reconciliation at the granular level. Tell the story of business performance using high impact visuals with compelling insights
- Support the BU-wide annual and long-range planning processes
- Own reporting, forecasting, and management of operating expenses, capital, and headcount in partnership with Finance teams, Business Units and Talent Acquisition
- Manage and mentor high performing individuals on the team
What You Bring to the Team
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with strong Excel skills
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast pace and ambiguous environment, can simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating and communication skills, with all levels of management.
- Proven prior experience demonstrating individual contributions to make your business partners successful
- 6-8 Years of progressively complex roles in a financial function with financial planning and analysis experience/understanding, particularly in an FP&A role.
- Former experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting a plus
- Prior experience in managing high functioning teams. Ability to mentor and provide support to the team
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across geographies to ensure business objectives are met
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
